This apartment is in the same building and has the same floor plan as the Butantã Apartment, so many of the solutions adopted previously served as inspiration for this new project.
The kitchen cabinetry extends to make the function of a television rack and also a bench to receive visitors and chat. Right at the entrance, a sideboard was designed that serves as a bar and also accommodates a built-in table. In the suite, to make better use of the space, an 'L' shaped closet and a wooden headboard were designed.
The entire ceiling of the apartment has a burnt cement texture that is countered by light materials on the walls such as the white brick and the granite of the kitchen countertop.
