FSA was founded in 1999 by Richard Floisand and Allison Hogue, a husband and wife team. We focus on the fundamentals of our trade: partnering with clients and craftspeople to design buildings that last and operate as creative and dynamic backdrops for life. We listen and draw on our experience gained as homeowners, entrepreneurs, parents, and engaged citizens to create and guide highly tailored design solutions through completion. We share a passion for meticulously detailed architecture that captures how we live and work today. We pride ourselves on creating projects of economy and grace that embody ours and our clients' point of view within the lens of budget, schedule and site. Our work includes residential, commercial and public projects at all scales, including new construction, adaptive reuse, additions, planning, furniture and lighting design.
