Hospitality in Ostuni inside the pergola Connect

Under the stars and inside nature. Hospitality in Ostuni lays inside the pergola Connect

Pratic S.p.A. as Manufacturers

The saying “living the landscape” assumes a whole new meaning at the Ostuni Mirror, trullo and mirror house where the hospitality spaces become part of the natural surroundings (and vice versa), in an unexpected multisensory experience. The perfect blend between concrete and dreamlike dimensions, come true thanks to the mirrored design of the pergola Connect by Pratic.

Result of the restoration of an antique trullo, the vacation home lets you immerse in the atmosphere of the Apulian countryside, dominated by groves of olive trees and Mediterranean plants. An authentic location, where you can find all the services of a modern accommodation facility, whose spaces are divided between the indoors of the trullo itself and the spaces of the two bioclimatic pergolas, designed by the Florentine dealer Delco Service.

The modules of 31,5 and 14 sqm create a unique and separate space, that multiplies the available surface to meet the needs of any family, even big, during the holiday. Due to use during the warm and rarely rainy summer period only, Connect assumes an unusual function for an outdoor covering: blend with a small stone structure, housing the kitchen and a private bathroom, the pergola turns into a mirror house equipped with living and dining room, as well as with a cosy double room. Two spaces directly projected into the landscape, through the wide glass walls of Connect allowing a full view, but also absolute privacy.

The bioclimatic pergola developed by Pratic is the first one using the Spy Glass technology: the tempered glass closures, fixed or sliding, reflect the surrounding landscape on their surface, thus making the indoors impenetrable to an outside gaze. A feature conferring a new versatility, both for the possibilities of use of the pergola and for its easy integration into any installation site.

As concerns the trullo, Connect matches the refinement of the historical building and a futuristic but discrete architecture, on which the surroundings mirror and transforms live, while enhancing the beauty of the landscape. The only element revealing the pergola is its slim aluminium profile, chosen in a corten colour evoking the red terrain of Apulia.

The same shade characterises the blades of the covering too, orientable from zero to 140 degrees to benefit from a climate comfort always customised and adjusted through lighting and natural ventilation.  The blades, when open, let the sunlight or the soft light of the starry light in, but may also close at need with a simple gesture on the remote control.

Another touch of comfort and style is given by Raso vertical awnings, housed in the horizontal profiles of Connect, and by the dimmable Led Line lights positioned along the perimeter of the roofing. At night, these elements light up even more charmingly the cosy outbuilding that, in turn, reflects on the pool, creating a spectacular play of light.

A place with a dreamy atmosphere, where to relax surrounded in the moonlight and the stillness of nature.
