Strategic Hotels & Resorts relocated its office to a boutique building in Chicago’s dynamic West Loop neighborhood. As a hospitality-centered firm, weaving in high-end elements and welcoming spaces throughout the office was key to the design approach.
Materials and finishes of leather, brass trims, and refined light grained wood floors complement the dark ceiling and light fixtures while paying homage to hotel design. The space also features a variety of offices and collaboration areas filled with natural light from the surrounding floor to ceiling windows.
