En el año 2021se nos encargó el diseño de una pequeña casa situada en Matanzas, población costera de Chile reconocida por sus excelentes condiciones para la práctica de deportes de agua. El cliente nos solicitó una casa de 70 m2 con dos dormitorios y dos baños, pensada para un público joven, que debía ser económica de construir y preferiblemente desarrollada en dos niveles para así tener vistas al mar. The existing, extreme range is a single-family house from the 1970s burdened with usability and functional shortcomings, resulting from the housing standards of that time, years of accumulation, and modifications. The Investors intended the house to become a comfortable, spacious, modern, and friendly space for an energetic retired couple. The concept features a Tiny House model 1 with a rounded roof and exterior clad in corrugated metal sheetst. The interior is divided into two levels: the ground floor comprises the living area, kitchen, and bathroom, while a bedroom is nestled under the pitched roof. Se trata de una casa de madera diminuta de 30 metros cuadrados para alojamiento hospitalario. This barn is located in Mase in a village context. Formerly intended for agricultural needs, nowadays its function was no longer in demand. The project manager / architect dreamed of converting it into housing. In a space of 5mx5m this chalet offers the possibility of accommodating 8 people in comfortable beds. To do this the bedrooms / niches are located under the roof, the living room on the middle floor and the kitchen / dining room on the ground floor.
