When Vocon’s growth demanded a larger, more dynamic Cleveland office, they focused every decision on how they work: their deep relationships with clients and with their own team members, their creative spirit, and their collaborative style.
The new space gives employees and guests wide flexibility in working independently or in groups, as well as allowing Vocon to evolve as their employees’ needs change. Vocon also flooded spaces with natural light and features that encourage movement and comfort.
Art and design elements throughout the space reflect their culture and brand, from the Red Room’s bold wall and minimal décor that communicate their boldness and laser focus on their work, to a lobby wall featuring photos of Vocon employees and their families as well as company events and news. Signage and environmental graphics give dimension to their values and highlight unique personalities and strong relationships.
